Dog behavior is something I have spent most of my life and all of my adult life learning about, and teaching to others.
now you can discover the canine behavior secrets that took me over 28 years to develop.

I'm an open-minded person, which in turn gives me a chance to fairly evaluate many styles of teaching and learning. This eagerness to look for the truths in teaching and learning has kept The Concepts In Dog Behavior® system of dog training and owner education in a constant state of evolution.

This means you get unique and up-to-date conditioning techniques, based upon a solid foundation of practical experience.

The Concepts In Dog Behavior® system of dog training is deigned to give the greatest number of people, the greatest chance for achieving a harmonious coexistence with their four footed family members. A desire to help the most people possible in the most efficient manner has led to a mixed approach to dog training. This mixed approach incorporates training with food reinforcement, the leash and training collar, as well as a type of energy touch. We also incorporate into our training ritualized positioning.

All of these elements go into what could be called a dynamic leader follower relationship. Some trainers such as the dog whisperer may discus them as dominance theory. I usually don’t talk a lot about dominance theory in my training programs because I would like to create in people a more benevolent mindset. The Concepts In Dog Behavior® system of dog training incorporates training elements other than positive reinforcement because almost all people instinctively use punishment or negative reinforcement.

I feel it’s better to teach how to use these natural elements of dog training correctly rather than ignore this fact. I have found it’s quicker to build off of what owners already believe in and do, instead of trying to change too many human behaviors at once. Even with my style of training there will be many, many new things for the pet dog parent to learn and put into practice.

My search for the underlying principles of learning, has lead me to integrate into Concepts In Dog Behavior®, both principles and techniques from outside the canine professions, as well as from research on behavior, and traditional training Techniques

I personally can only do a very limited number of private in home visitations each month. I plan on focusing my future efforts on broadening the role of dog training in philanthropy (a philocynist approach to philanthropy), as well as developing a new training program that will show people how dogs can help support a persons lifestyle goals. The RenChenZa® Life Style Support Dog® programs emphasizes positive reinforcement training. These programs are not so much dog training, but are designed to teach self-governance to both dog owner and their dogs. In the Life Style Support Dog® programs we do teach hazard avoidance drills, but the focus is on learning lifestyle concepts and strategies.

The renchenza® website is supported by donation for enhanced membership. Their are three levels of membership

1. Basic; this level does not cost the user, some would call this free
2. Friends of RenChenZa®; this is the first level of support and gives members access to special message boards, the Concepts In Dog Behavior® dog obedience training video, and it will soon include the RenChenZa® positive reinforcement dog training manual. In the future it also will include a new positive reinforcement video.
3. The next level is for Supporting Members; this level is designed for professionals, serious hobbyists, and rescue groups. At the supporting members level you get additional message boards designed for the pet professional. In the future there will be additional benefits at this level.
