The bonus online orientation course is the first part of
our blended group dog training program. At this time, our group dog training
class is limited to Costa Mesa CA. Our online
orientation course consists of structured training exercises meant
to enhance handling skills for the human side of the dog training team.
It’s during the online orientation course that you will learn what
is behind the easy to implement dog behavior principles and patterns of
canine behavior taught in the group class. The orientation course is the
beginning point of reference to the rest of the training program.
To some people, these exercises will seem too simple to learn
or practice. I find it interesting, that my cousin gave this same response
to B.F. Skinner’s book “On Verbal Behavior.” People
often make fun of, or don’t appreciate things they don’t understand.
This is not traditional dog training. In fact the drills
in the orientation course don’t even involve the dog. The online
orientation course will help you develop visual, and tactile learning
skills novice dog handler need to efficiently engage in face to face learning.
The orientation course will also teach you important skills that will
be useful for more advance dog training drills.
Our new lure and reward + head collar dog training classes
will begin when we have 10 people signed up for the class
The orientation course along with the group instruction are
designed to be beneficial for those who need to get better control of
there dogs at an affordable price.
Our Costa Mesa dog training classes are structured different
than most group dog training classes. In our Costa Mesa dog training class
we are exploring the use of lecture classes combined with dog training
lessons in a group setting.
No Dog On The First Lesson
The first lesson is for orientation and consists of simple movements designed
to get the handler ready for actually training their dog. The orientation
course is when the human side of the dog training team learns useful,
but often difficult to master skills such as effective leash handling.
You will also learn practical drills to improve your timing, and techniques
for good communication.
This course is a combination lecture / dog training class
consisting of 7 weeks of material
this course is $125

Group classes can be very effective
for teaching many dogs, but not the ideal place for every dog. Aggressive
untrained dogs are not allowed into group classes. Group classes are not
always the best way to solve behavior problems. thoughout this training
we will cover simple solutions to solve the most common behavior problems.
Such as digging, jumping, play biting, and housebreaking.
Our group dog training class will give you an easy to follow
training program that you can use throughout you dog's life.
We provide companion pet dog training and owner education
in Southern California.
